I visited my favorite running trainer specialist today call Run in Hove. I went on some short roads test in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS8 and Adistar Control 5. The Brooks trainer had a hard tail and at the front a soft feel. GTS stands for “go to shoe”.
The Adistar came out on top for me. I liked the midsole and the all over softness of the trainer, no need to break these in and yes they are much more stylish than the brooks…

It’s that time again; shins are starting to get painful, which means another pair of trainers worn out and a trip to the sports therapist. The best trainer so far for me was the Asics Kayano 13. I have gotten through two pairs in the last 8 months. Before that I was into my Kayano 12. There was a good improvement between 12 and 13. I am looking forward to seeing what Kayano 14 is like for running in.

I have got a nice project designing some graphic tees for “Rocinha Surfe Escola” Brazil. I will post them once they are finalized.
The rules of improvisational comedy and more importantly life!
1. Listen
2. Say YES
3. Commit
Simple isn’t it!

Margin is a trade show for up and coming streetwear and directional tailoring. I went to visit GiarRoye and check out their collection for spring/summer 2009 and see what trends are developing in the streetwear market place. Giaroye collection is a blend of sportswear and tailoring and its working well. They also have a very strong graphic presents with the panda print.
